2016 Playlist

This year's list continues the trend where the list seems to grow a little more.  Last year's list was 27 songs; this year's is 37.

I feel like we are entering a time very similar to the late 60's/early 70's where the music industry is more song oriented than album oriented.

I am one of the few people that I know who regularly listen to music organized by albums.  It seems like everyone falls into a few different categories:

• Pandora or Spotify radio listeners
• Personal playlists
• Smart Apple playlists that randomly cycle through classified music

For most of these people it is just a variation on listening to music radio, where instead of a program director, they are personally choosing the general type of music they want to listen to.
